Trim carpentry is a small but important part of the total picture of your house.

In terms of board feet of lumber used, nails driven and labor expended, trimming a house usually ranks far behind the framing and the drywall work. But in many ways, the look of the trim: the doors, the windows, the baseboards and wall moldings take on an importance far out of proportion to the amount of time and money it takes to install it. Trim is the last thing done in a house, but the first thing you notice when you walk into a room.
